Benjamin Pang Jeng Lo is a senior student of Professor Cheng Man Ch'ing.
He studied with him from 1949 until 1975, when Prof. Cheng passed away.
He has more than 50 years experience teaching t'ai chi ch'uan.
He has been conducting workshops for many years throughout the United States and Europe.
He is cotranslator of the following books: The Essence of T'ai
Chi Ch'uan, Cheng Tzu's Thirteen Treatises on T'ai Chi Ch'uan, and Questions and Answers on T'ai Chi Ch'uan.
He also produced the videotape, Professor Cheng Man Ch'ing's Simplified T'ai Chi Ch'uan.

World Tai Chi & QiGong Day is held on the last Saturday in April each year. The Tai Chi & QiGong groups around the world gather at 10 am (each city's local time)
to exhibit Tai Chi & QiGong to the world in mass gatherings in public parks or the lawns of public buildings,

Lenzie J. Williams is a senior student of Benjamin Pang Jeng Lo. He has taught t'ai chi ch'uan in Berkeley, California for the past 25 years. He is a frequent leader of workshops on t'ai chi ch'uan and chi cultivation throughout the United States and abroad. Lenzie was all-around push hands grand champion in 1988 and again in 1990. In his teaching, he balances the internal and external principles of t'ai chi ch'uan and stresses equally t'ai chi's health, martial, and spiritual aspects.
Donald Davis is a professor of psychology at Old Dominion University. He has traveled extensively throughout Asia and has lived in China. He has studied and practiced t'ai chi ch'uan, qigong, and Taoist and Buddhist inner cultivation techniques of the Way for many years. He teaches them at Tidewater Tai Chi Center in Norfolk and Virginia Beach.
Donald will be teaching a workshop on Taoism - "Embracing Winter". He will teach meditation and qigong practices related to preparing and strengthening your body, mind and spirit for the winter season as well as Taoist texts.
No previous experience is necessary for participation in this workshop.
